HYPNOSIS:
Many web sites talk about hypnosis and its many applications; my favorites include:

Wendi Friesen is a leading figure on the internet. Some presented applications for hypnosis (breast enlargment, growing taller, etc.) have not been proven efficient though and, per se, should not be considered at this point. On her web site, you will get a very good overview of how hypnosis can help you.

Henry Leo Bolduc is an experienced hypnotherapist who generously offers people a free download of some of his hypnosis books (which I recommend). For me, past lives have not been proven and therefore do not have scientific value. BUT, prove me wrong and I will be delighted! Anyway, it does not change the fact that hypnosis is a very valuable tool.
